My garage door broke unexpectedly around 1:00 PM, and by the time I called Crystal at 4:00 PM, I was already stressed about how long it might take to fix. To my surprise, a technician was onsite by 5:30 PM the same day... After the repair, Crystal personally followed up to make sure everything was working properly.
